The BIT's 2nd Annual World Congress of NeuroTalk-2011 was jointly held with BIT's 4th World Cancer Congress in Dalian, China. There were more than 300 participants from more than 36 countries and areas. Participants from academic comunity, industrial professionals and key-decision makers delivered the new achievement on their research, together discussed and analysed the latest development.

This meeting provided updated information about research findings on normal and pathological cerebral hemodynamics as well as in all medical fields related to neurosonology, highlighting their relevance to the clinician. Additionally, basic and advanced tutorials on Doppler- and duplex ultrasonography of cerebral vessels was held. For those who wanted to test their sonographic knowledge, the examination for the „International Certification for Neurosonology“ was offered during the meeting.

The non-invasive technologies and testing results as well as important cerebral autoregulation study with sportsmen were presented in 14th International Conference on Intracranial Pressure and Brain Monitoring September 12-16, 2010 Tuebingen, Germany. The conference was held by Department of Neurosurgery Eberhard Karls University Hospital Tuebingen under the auspices of the European Society of Pediatric Neurosurgery. This is every 3 year event which gathers best EU and Worlds medical and industry experts of Intracranial pressure and Brain Monitoring.

Vittamed Technologies has presented it‘s recent atchievements and technology testing results in Seventh Annual World Congress of the International Brain Mapping & Intraoperative Surgical Planning Society (IBMISPS) on Brain, Spinal Cord Mapping and Image Guided Therapy at its Bethesda, Maryland, campus May 24-27 2010. The non-invasive ICP and non-invasive cerebral autoregulation monitor testing results were presented to industry experts and scientists who were interested to hear about new findings relevant to their sub-field and understand the effect of newly developed methods as well as review the latest cutting-edge technological advancements. Posters on Vittamed‘s non-invasive technologies attracted great interest of conference participants and guests. We learned once again, that Vittamed‘s non-invasive technologies have no competitors at all, and no other solution for non-invasive ICP measurement is currently available.

The congress took place in the Hospital Fundación Jimenez Díaz in Madrid, it has 74 years of history, offering quality care, teaching, and research.
